Chris Hendrix is the Founder and CEO of Texas Construction Maintenance Network, LLC, and Hendrix Homes, LLC. Hendrix is a veteran entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in construction, real estate, and retail businesses in Texas and Florida. Prior to relocating back to Texas, Chris was President and owner of Construction Maintenance Network, Inc ("CMN"). CMN is a Florida business providing total construction solutions to regional and national clients. CMN performed commercial buildouts, renovations, updates / remodels, and customized facility maintenance programs.

Before starting his own business over a decade ago, Chris was President of the Construction and Real Estate for Mars Music Company, which gave him the opportunity to work with numerous construction and retail companies throughout the United States. It is this experience that enabled him to develop customer service standards and disciplines that he uses today at Hendrix Homes. Chris believes that customer service and experience are the key issues when trying to select a building or remodeling contractor. He is currently a registered building contractor in the state of Texas, License #5904. (Texas began requiring contractors to register with the Texas Residential Commission in January 2004. Many contractors are not aware of this requirement). In addition, Chris is licensed in the state of Florida in both residential and commercial construction.

Upon returning to Texas in 1999, Chris operated Construction Maintenance Network which specialized in commercial build-outs, renovations, and customized facility maintenance programs. Texas Construction Maintenance Network, LLC (TXCMN) was formed in 1999 and operates from his office located at 645 Lewis Lane in Lucas, Texas. TXCMN has grown to nearly two million dollars in annual sales generated from remodeling projects, new construction, and new home buildings. Hendrix Homes was formed in early 2002 as the new home demand became more influential.

Today, Hendrix Homes builds custom homes for all active lifestyles, with homes priced from $120,000 to $800,000. We will build on your pre-owned lot or one you purchase from us. We will build from your floor plans or help you select and customize one of our floor plans. If you need the services of an architect, we can help you select one that will work for you. Our goal is to make building your new home a pleasant and exciting experience, whether this is your first time, second or multiple times to build.
